How It Works
If you already have a care provider you'd like to use, we can screen them on your behalf.
- Fill out the form below, and we'll email your provider within 2 business days with a request for their background information.
- The screening process typically takes 3-5 business days after we receive all their details.
- Once the screening is complete, we'll share the results with you.
To help things move smoothly, we encourage you to let your provider know the Helpr Care Finder Team will be reaching out. They should watch for an email from [email protected]. Here is some suggested language to explain the vetting process to them.
Start Your Provider's Screening
As part of the screening process, we'll run the following:
- U.S. government ID validation
- U.S. criminal background check
For international care providers, we’ll conduct equivalent screenings and validations based on local regulations and requirements.
