Claim Your Benefits in the Helpr App
After your visit, upload your receipt in the app for reimbursement. You’ll get an update on your request within 1 business day.
Reimbursements are based on your employer's hourly contribution. To ensure timely processing, submit all requests at least 5 days before the end of the benefit term.
