Your Care Benefit
Backup Care
- Helpr Network: $5/hour copay in service areas
- Your Preferred Care Provider: Up to $10/hour toward your provider's rate; you pay the difference as copay
- Center Care, Programs, & Tutoring: Up to $10/hour reimbursed (up to 5 days in a row)
When the cost of your care is subsidized by your employer, the employer-paid portion is considered taxable income.
Hours with Helpr Network sitters are subsidized at $45/hour and care with personal providers is subsidized up to $10/hour.
Care Finder
- Care Provider Sourcing & Screening: There's no copay for this service. You’ll work directly with your care provider to agree on care costs.

Backup Care
Backup care is for one-off booking needs. You must be the parent/guardian of the child or adult to qualify for this benefit. Request care up to 3 months in advance. Your company covers most of the costs, leaving you with just a small copay. Think: unexpected care gaps, late work days, or days when your regular care is unavailable.
Care Finder
Care Finder is for sourcing and screening care providers for long-term, short-term, or temporary care in advance, and it's completely free. Think: long-term nannies, daycare searches, elder companions, and more.
