Looking for a backup childcare center?
Let’s get you connected with our partner Learning Care Group for support.
- Each backup care day is $175 for up to 8-10 hours, per child.
- Submit your receipt in the app for subsidy reimbursement request after your visit. If it is accepted, your reimbursement will be deducted from your total remaining benefit hours.
- Request care at least 24 hours prior. You can request care up to 30 days in advance. *Requests are not guaranteed, but Helpr families have priority placement.
- To avoid fees, cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Learning Care Group will connect within 2 business hours of receiving your request.
- Submissions received after hours will be answered on the next business day.
Available Service Areas
If you’re outside of a service area, you can use your favorite local daycare and submit a request for company reimbursement via Helpr’s app.
