Tap into your personal support network for adult care. For in-home care, upload friends and family to the Helpr app—then pay them with benefit dollars.

Who qualifies as a provider?

  • Friends and family who live outside your home
  • Those legally able to work
  • Care providers who help out occasionally
  • Not your full-time in-home care providers 
  • Not your co-parent or spouse (even if they live in a different household)

Set Up In-Home Care with Your Trusted Provider

  1. Enter your provider's details and hourly rate in the app.
  2. We’ll calculate your copay after applying your employer’s contribution.
  3. Once approved, book care for a minimum of one hour.
  4. After care, we'll charge you your copay and pay your provider in full.
