Who qualifies as a provider?
- Friends and family who live outside your home

- Care providers who help out occasionally
- Not your full-time in-home care providers

Set Up In-Home Care with Your Trusted Provider
- Enter your provider's details and hourly rate in the app.
- We’ll calculate your copay after applying your employer’s contribution.
- Once approved, book care for a minimum of one hour.
- After care, we'll charge you your copay and pay your provider in full.
