Helpr has two options for becoming an in-home care provider. Choose the option that best suits your lifestyle:
Sitters
Sitters are freelance babysitters who are essentially "on-call". When last-minute babysitting opportunities arise, sitters receive notifications with details about the children, the pay, and the family’s needs.
If interested, they can simply accept the booking. Sitters are adaptable and ready to work with a variety of families, valuing the fair compensation (averaging $27/hr) and flexible, work-when-you-want style of their jobs.
Care Finder
Unlike sitters, Care Finder providers work with a single family, offering more consistent care. This could include childcare, adult care, pet care, or self-care like pregnancy care.
Families collaborate with Helpr to set fair pay rates. Care Finder providers can choose the family they feel best suited to help, valuing the long-lasting bonds they form.
