After your visit, upload your receipt in the app for reimbursement. You’ll get an update on your request within 1 business day.
Reimbursements are based on your employer's hourly contribution. To ensure timely processing, submit all requests at least 5 days before the end of the benefit term.

Select a Local Care Center
Drop off your family member at a local care center of your choice.
Request Reimbursement
After care is provided, upload your receipt to the Helpr app to request hourly reimbursement.
Get Your Money Back
Once approved, your reimbursement should land in your payment account within 2-7 business days.
