Your Care Benefits
Backup Care
- Helpr Network: $5/hour copay in service areas
- Your Preferred Care Provider: Up to $10/hour toward your provider's rate; you pay the difference as copay
- Center Care, Programs, & Tutoring: Up to $10/hour reimbursed (for up to 5 days in a row)
When the cost of your care is subsidized by your employer, the employer-paid portion is considered taxable income.
Care Finder
- No copay for the service; you will just work out care costs directly with your selected care provider

Understanding Your Benefits
Your benefits are divided into two types:
Backup Care
Backup care is for one-off booking needs. You must be the parent/guardian of the child or adult to qualify for this benefit. Request care up to 3 months in advance. Your company covers most of the costs, leaving you with just a small copay. Think: unexpected care gaps, late work days, or days when your regular care is unavailable.
Care Finder
Care Finder is for sourcing and screening care providers for long-term, short-term, or temporary care in advance, and it's completely free. Think: long-term nannies, daycare searches, elder companions, and more.

Your Preferred Care Provider
If you have an in-home care provider you work with for occasional care, you can easily upload them, set your hourly rates, and book them in our app.
Use Helpr's Network
We've handpicked reliable Helpr Sitters in service areas for your backup needs. Build a village in our app by booking your local network of in-home care providers.

Center Care & Tutoring
Center Care service allows you to book care at your preferred child or adult day care center, program, or tutoring service. Submit your receipts through the app to request reimbursement via direct deposit.
Care Finder
Care Finder connects you with a dedicated care care specialist who will take in your family's custom care requests and help with resources, recruiting, and placement.
