Backup Care
- Your Preferred Care Provider: An hourly subsidy from your employer toward your provider's rate; you pay the difference as copay
- Center Care, Programs, & Tutoring: An hourly subsidy reimbursed (for up to 5 days in a row)
When the cost of your care is subsidized by your employer, the employer-paid portion is considered taxable income.
Care Finder
- Care Provider Sourcing & Screening: There's no copay for this service. You’ll work directly with your care provider to agree on care costs.

Care Finder is for sourcing and screening care providers for long-term, short-term, or temporary care in advance, and it's completely free. Think: long-term nannies, daycare searches, elder companions, and more.

If you have an in-home care provider you work with for occasional care, you can easily upload them, set your hourly rates, and book them in our app.
Care Finder
Care Finder connects you with a dedicated care specialist who will take in your family's custom care requests and help with resources, recruiting, and placement.
Center Care & Tutoring
Center care service allows you to book care at your preferred child or adult day care center, program, or tutoring service. Submit your receipts through the app to request reimbursement.
